Being sensitive to nature, to the well-being of living beings and people is a reflection of your humanity.
With the shadow of climate change, the destruction of ecosystems and the extinction of a large number of species around the world, people are becoming increasingly aware of the profound disconnection that is occurring between humans and nature. But any awareness that is acquired has a price to pay. And that price we pay personally when we are not able to manage this knowledge properly and it causes us suffering.
We observe what is happening around us and it hurts us. We feel frustrated, impotent, disappointed and misunderstood because we are eager to contribute, to help, to give the best of ourselves but we find that we lack courage, confidence, faith and wisdom in the face of such an arduous and titanic task as the climate crisis. We tend to feel alone because in our environment, in society, we find hardly any reflection of what is important to us.

I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE. THAT THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO ARE ALSO CAPABLE OF SEEING WHAT YOU SEE AND FEELING WHAT YOU FEEL
I want to tell you that your feelings are very honorable, that what you are feeling is good and very beautiful. Being sensitive for nature, for the welfare of living beings and people is a reflection of your humanity. What you feel is a very powerful ally that you can use to do wonders, to help. Instead of burning yourself in the intensity of your emotions, let them be a channel to transmit the best of you. Your experience, your learning, your experience is of great value and deserves to be shared. There are people who need to hear you right now. Do not hesitate and share your story.
I want you to know that you are not alone. That there are many people out there who are also capable of seeing what you see and feeling what you feel. Go out there and look for them, they are out there. Find a circle of people where you can nurture, help and support each other. Too often we try to deal with situations individually, so our power is greatly limited. From now on, let us act together. Walking together is very enriching, and even more so when there is a common purpose such as a love of nature or helping others.

Don’t forget to enjoy your journey, because that is what will make all the difference.
Finally, I want to remind you that although you may suffer or feel fear because of the climate crisis and live moments of pessimism, the path you are walking is incredibly beautiful and transforming. Don’t forget to enjoy your journey, because that is what will make all the difference. One day you will look with perspective at all that you have traveled and marvel at it. Until that day comes, please keep reminding yourself to enjoy.
From my side, if you find value in my work and suffer from the climate crisis or any other related issue, I invite you to meet with me privately. I will listen to you, share my experience with you and we will reflect on how you can improve your habits, your capacity for action or your emotional response to it. It is my sincere desire to help you, to let fear or helplessness cease to predominate in you and to find inspiration in a deep connection with nature. I am here for you and look forward to meeting you.
